Trish has selected Sue(Mrs Noofy) to be our Queen this week. Sue has a fantastic gallery and is one to leave kind and encouraging comments on so many cards made by others(me included).
I chose this CARD of hers which I think is a real beauty and so artistic. I changed the colors and the theme, but used the same technique...one which I missed while I was away.
Dawn's F4A was to add glitter to our card. I mixed some glitter in with clear EP to make my own "glitter EP". I don't like glitter falling all over the place when I open a card/envelope, so I try to "embed" mine somehow.

Beautiful card! Your colors are wonderful and the glittery snowflake lovely. Nice tribute for Sue. :) Thanks for the tip on mixing the glitter w/emb powder.

You made a lovely card using both techniques, and your bg colors are beautiful. I can't quite get the hang of the acrylic block technique, but I'll have to remember to use the glitter-plus-ep technique.

you know, I am smacking my forehead here I've bought embossing powder with glitter in it but, felt limited on how I could use it because, its PINK... but, the idea of adding clear bling glitter to any color is just like "why did you not think of that?" lol

Sallie, this is GORGEOUS. I love all the snowflakes in the background - some being more prominent than others Gives such dimension. And I must say I love the glitter :) Another wonderful "thank you" for someone special :)
