Today's challenge is in honor of Black Friday. Make a card with black and white and a "pop" of color.
I thought I'd give you a sneak peek of a new set to be released next week by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co. This set is called "Big City".
I was scanning a copy of "Birds and Blooms" and saw a city scape with a flight of birds migrating. The sky was red. I loved it and tried to mimic it here. Used chalks for my color.
Have a very Happy Thanksgiving and don't eat too much (yea, like we don't do that!!!).

Love your pink sky with the sun/moon over the big city skyline. A lovely card. Good for you, for picking a color other than RED! Love how you framed it and added the pretty plaid bow. Happy Thanksgiving.

Awesome design..love the cityscape with the pink sky! I like how you did the zig zag borders and that plaid ribbon is perfect! Happy Thanksgiving Vicky!
