Our Teapotter challenge this week is to make cards for George, a man who is facing a huge life-challenge involving returning cancer and serious surgery. He has chosen to have the surgery and needs good thoughts and prayers. George loves dogs and breeds Jack Russell terriers. Many of them have become prize-winning, champions. He also likes flowers and vegetable gardening. Since I don't have any appropriate dog stamps or dies, I choose to bring flowers and one of my favorite bird images. I hope my card will serve it's purpose which is to bring George a smile and to let him know that I am thinking of him. I used Taylor's SC412 sketch. I modified the panels to accomodate the image, still ending up with three.
THANKS for looking! Happy Thanksgiving-Eve to all!

Hi Gabby! Good to see you! Ooh, ooh, Ooh....you did good despite not having doggie stamps...did you know birdies love to watch Jack Russell's train? Yep, I just learned that at the teaparty! This card is awesome..I love the stitching stamping around the border and the wonderful colors you chose! Very nicely done! George is gonna need a birdie or two to cheer him up!

this card is so beautiful! I am sure George has heard many birds sing in the early hours (he is an early riser) as he takes the dogs out and gardens. Thank you.

One of the wonderful things about being in the garden, is hearing the birds singing and watching their antics, so I can see this beautiful card bringing joy to George!
