I kept my a Christmas theme - instead of ornaments and tinsel I used the cute little mice - on the Christmas lights - spelling out Noel with their tails. I also kept it a CAS card - or at least CAS for me.
Image was coloured with Stampin up and Tombow markers. I clear embossed the lights and their eyes. Sponged around the image with riding hood red ink. Matted with red cardstock and striped dp. Base card is Kraft cardstock. Sewed around the edges. Applied liquid applique for the snowflakes. Used a glitter pen around the outside of the lights. Image panel is popped up.
This works for this months fan club theme - Hang in There.
