For my Christmas card stash and for the Viva La Verve sketch challenge week 2. You wouldn't believe how long it took me to make this card. I can't tell you, you would be sad for me and think I have no life! But I will tell you it took me forever to figure out the cuts on the corner triangles. Then I accidentally inverted one of them in my embossing folder so one is positive, the other negative (if that's what you call it), anyway NOT what I intended. I glued it down before I could have turned it over. Then, I glued them right down on the cardbase when I should have put them on a separate piece so I could wrap ribbon around it as the sketch shows. So, no ribbon for me, sorry! If I have time, which I really don't, I may try to make a different one, we'll see. I really prefer to forget this one and just move on to the week 3 sketch.

Sometimes the hardest cards turn out beautifully and that's sure the case here! The texture, the colors, the image...love it all!
