 | | For the mini-VSN this weekend. I wanted to play in a couple of challenges so put these together quickly
I am on this journey to my healthy life (you can read more about that here: http://journeytoahealthylife.blogspot.com if you choose). Anyway, since June I have lost just shy of 30 lbs. I have about 9 more to go until I am at my goal weight (for both my dr and myself). When I get there I plan on creating a scrapbook of my journey starting with June and moving forward and making it a work in progress. See, I am starting to run in some races- not for competition but for fun and I have signed up for our local half marathon in April. Anyway, part of the scrapbook will be these little inspirational notes throughout and so I thought it would be perfect.
