TLC402 ~ Layered Scallops

I can't even tell you how many times I tore this card apart and remade it...Also I could have sworn I saw a challenge to use Red, White and Black but then when I went to post it I couldn't find it!

Hi Peggy. I love this!! Definitely worth you're time and effort - it is truly unique. Love that you used the ribbon to make the flower heads --- ingenious!

Oh what a smashing card!! This is so pretty. I love how you did the poppies. What a great idea and you can bet I am sure gonna case it. Your scallops are awesome and the colors are so pretty. I just love this.
