This week for the Tutorial Time at SpeedyTV challenge at Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co., Debbie gave us the challenge to use bubble wrap' image on our cards. It was definitely a fun technique - and I used some acrylic paints! To check it out and join in, go to SpeedyTV and click on Tutorial Time tab and then the newest tutorial. Not a member, it's easy peasy to join and free!
Thanks for looking.

Yikes, Kathy, is this ever creative! what a great tutorial. I would never have thought about doing something like this. It certainly makes for a unique and pretty card. I didnt thank you but I did upload that fabulously colored halloween card you sent me. I've got some great little images to play with, too. Verycool and very thankful. Hope you are well.
