Instructions:
Begin with a piece of Frosty Blanket Paper and trace around the #8 size manila tag. Cut out and adhere paper to tag and punch a hole in the design paper where the hole on the manila tag is. With Tuxedo Black Memento Ink stamp larger roses corner from Twining Roses Set on Cryogen White Paper and color with Copics. Detail cut out roses and add Crystal Glitter with Dries Clear Glue. With Espresso Truffle Ink stamp small twining roses from Twining Roses Set directly on tag and color with Copics. Add Crystal Glitter with Dries Clear Glue to roses. With Espresso Truffle Ink stamp "Happy Birthday . . . " sentiment from Bold Vintage Floret Background Set on tag. Add green Washi Tape to bottom of tag and then adhere colored rose corner. Next add self-adhesive White Pearls Swirls, cutting to fit as needed. Finish by adding vintage seam binding to hole on tag.
