Wishing you Joy - CC400, CC356

For this week's color challenge (CC400 - retro challenge) ... I chose CC356 - lime, teal and gray.

I used a new stamp from Stampendous called "Birdie". I colored the little girls face and hair, as well as the birdie with Copics. I paper pieced her outfit, adding stickles to the fur trim for some bling.
