 | | I made this card for two of our fun challenges, Layered Scallops TLC402 and No Fall Colors WT399. Admittedly, you can hardly see the two layers of scallops (navy and white), but I promise they're there if you look closely enough! You know how some cards are a struggle, and some go together almost by themselves? The latter applied to this one - it was fun to make!
