This challenge caused me much grief! I finally managed to come up with this design.
Chicken- This yellow bird looks like a chick- right?
S-Spellbinders die cut, Scallops
O-Oval shaped panel
U-Unbrella (the hardest letter for me)
P-Pink, the easy one!

I'm sorry this one caused you grief, Kathy. It's funny how we all struggle with different challenges! You did wonderfully - the umbrella and sentiment are perfect together and that sure looks like a chick to me.
I'm interested that nobody has said they found O hard, yet almost everybody used either orange or ovals with only a few super-imaginative people moving further afield. A bit like all the yellow in Lori's HYCCT.
This sweet card is sure to bring a smile wherever it goes.
I'm with you - this was a tough one. But I thought "wow, she even got multiple U's" How about the chick Under the Umbrella and one border Under the other one.
