This is for FS300 and Jen Mitchell aka jenmitchell is our featured artist today. Congratulations, Jen. I had a great time browsing through your gallery full of wonderful clean and simple projects. I was inspired by your Autumn Less is More card found here: Autumn for Less is More and The Play Date Cafe by jenmitchell at Splitcoaststampers
I kept the fall leaf theme, layout and fall color combination. I used a leaf border instead of a sentiment and used die cut leaves instead of stamping them. The leaves were made using glossy paper washed with alcohol inks. You can get a full description of how I colored the glossy paper to make these leaves on my blog here: http://kittiekraft.typepad.com/kitti...log-candy.html

Absolutely gorgeous! I must tell you I am still convinced that you actually went outside, picked some leaves off a tree, and modge-podged them. They look 100% real!
