I get excited when we have a Featured Stamper that has a clean, sharp style because that's what I aspire to, so was delighted when I saw Jen Mitchell's fabulous gallery - then I couldn't stop adding things when I CASE'd her beautiful card found HERE! Guess I'll just have to come back and try for a truly clean and simple one later! I flipped the sketch, so the scallops are across the bottom and added a dp strip to the ribbon. I changed the focal point to baby booties/socks and moved it to the corner to make room for a personalized sentiment oval. This is for our youth leader and his wife who just had their first baby. The booties are cut using a template - you can make one for just about anything that has a fairly simple outline by googling the object, copying and pasting, then cutting it out. I was trying for a knitted effect with the woven embossing - added lace, pearls and stitching.
The sentiment was computer generated using Monterey font.

If they haven't already started a scrapbook for Abigail, they will when they receive this card. It will either be on the first page of a scrapbook, or it will be framed and hung in her room. This is a keepsake to be treasured forever.
P.S. Thanks for sharing that computer tip...never thought to use Google to find images.

This is a gorgeous baby card, and I hope they realize it's a keeper. Your "knitted" booties are perfect especially with their lace trim. You've created a work of art!
