I made this card for today's Queen AudreyAnn. Her gallery is filled with such delicious inspiration! I chose this beautiful card to case: Pick a Petal for QFTD45 Heather by AudreyAnn at Splitcoaststampers It's also for the F4A: Distressing I distressed the choc. edges. And yesterday's WT: Don't use any fall colors. It's very hard to see in the photo, but I did run each petal through a texturz plate (it didn't come out as deep as Audreys) I also ran the vanilla square through the big shot, sponged the edges of the leaves and used the flower petal to stamp over the leaves. Added some ribbon, hardware, made my vanilla button using three layers and added crystal effects to it. The whole panel is popped up. It did take me quite awhile to make, but I was expecting it would. : ) Enjoy your royal reign this week, Audrey! Congratulations~ And thanks for stopping by today! ~Roberta

Fabulous CASE of Audrey's card! I love the shades of blue on this...gives it sort of a denim feel. Love the distressed look of the leaves. Really well done.....worth the effort!

This is a very special card with so many lovely details, Roberta - the wide blue ribbon, the vanilla hardware, the corduroy button, and the texture - your big, bold, polka dot flower is BEAUTIFUL!!!

What a pretty blossom...love that it has the 'smile' sentiment all around. Plus, I am a polka dot lover. Great card for honoring a Queen.

Roberta - this is sooooooooo cool. You've chosen one of my all-time favorites. Plus I just recently found that a little someone had left a little comment on that card - hmmmmmm, seems like perfect timing to me . I am loving this in the blues. So many fun little smiles here, lovely textures, distressing, a perfect little button and brad, oh so much wonderful detail. OMGoodness - you even stamped the flower petals over the leaves!!! (Yep, I see something else every time I look at this beauty). No doubt a lot of love went into this creation - and it shows.
Thank you Roberta for making my day even more special. I can't wait to show this gallery to hubby Mark - he sees and remarks on every card I make, and will definitely enjoy seeing everyone's creations as well. Hugs and blessings my friend .
