This card went to a fellow who is battling cancer: And the friend who gave it to him, thought the verse was very fitting!!
First I sponged the sky on Express it paper with a torn paper towel, and SU bashful blue ink:
I Used two sets for the scenery, Keep climbing, & Fathers Day, the sentiment is from the add on set to Keep Climbing - called Mountains.
Then I stamped the mountains once, then slid it over and used my stamp a ma jig, to position and stamped a little more mountains in SU Not Quite Navy, then I stamped the Moose, coloured and cut it out,and then popped it up with foam tape, and placed on a few leaves...I tried to make it blend in to look like a lake in the BG. I don't have my green flower soft yet, so tried to use green felt, and flowery flower soft to make like the edge of the lake, and still a few flowers left before the snow covered them....its so sad...we already have snow at our place, and my flowers are all gone...

Jan this is just beautiful. I agree with Pat, it has so much heart in it. I love the sun setting behind the mountain. Lovely colors and I'm sure it was an encouragement. Great job on this!

Jan, you really outdid yourself on this beautiful mountain scene with the moose popped up by the lake - and such a gorgeous sunset! This will touch that man's soul that it has such an uplifting verse on the front - definitely a work from your heart to be given to one who needs the comfort. You bless so many people!!
