 | | Made a bunch of these for my kids to take to school for their Halloween party. The topper is a digital print from Tic Tac Togs on Etsy. The holder is a piece of cardstock cut to 5" x 3", scored at 1 3/4" and at 2 1/4". There are more photos on my blog:
