One of my friends at works birthday is coming up, so I wanted to have her card ready for staff to sign. she loves lots of color, but when I saw this stamp again IT is perfect for her as the other day she was dressed in tall brown boots and jeans and a sweater. It reminded me so of her so went with this one..visitng the sweet lil birds......except this warm cute stamp had so much trouble trying to bring in lots of color and keeping it warm and cozy for fall so went softer. Hope she still likes it.
IT was perfect for this great sketch today. so away I went and colored her with water markers, rounded the corners and added the layers. Cut the white layer with scissors, and still have troubles mathcing different dps, spend a couple hours switching them around so ended up with the pink and normal brown base...then couldnt decide which edge punch to use so left them both on...lol...decisions...I tell ya...lol.
Was going to emboss the blue background , but then got to gluing stuff together and forgot..oops. Then added the flowers and sentiment and the buttons, to finish it off.

P.S....I did it...:0)....any of you that know me ...I got a card done with no sparkles...lol...was hard...lol..hope that pearl doesnt count...had to have a center...lol..:0)

I can tell it's windy in that scene, I'm sure she her hair is flying, the scarf is trailing..very cute fall picture...I'm sure she will love it! Great accents on this..picket fence border is always a fav.
FYI-That turkey's days are numbered..I'm cooking this year!

Ahhhh...Precious is right.....I see you are enjoying your new colour markers....And I just love this girl....Dad was wondering where the snow was?? we have some here.... Super card, and I know your friend at work will love it!!
