Here's my card for Karen's color challenge - she asked us to use Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive.
I used an embossing folder for my background panel and stamped my white panel with these pretty patterned leaves from Sweet 'n Sassy.
I stamped the sentiment right on the image panel and added dessert - silver - with my little silver pearls under the sentiment!
Hurricane Sandy has come and moved on - we just got heavy rain and some gusty winds - although many in the area have lost power - we were lucky enough to not have lost ours.

GORGEOUS card, Julia! Love the embossed BG paired with these leaves...into my faves! So thankful you didn't have to deal with loss of power!

Lovely Julia. Your leaves are so pretty. I love how you put those 3 little silver pearls under the sentiment.
