Here's my second card for featured stamper. I was inspired by the Santa cards in Janine's gallery. The inspiration for this card is here:Clearly Hopeful by nines at Splitcoaststampers
I stamped my santa on vanilla paper and inked it with Jim Holtz's Linen distressing ink. Then I tore the cardstock. I crumpled the brown woodgrain paper from Frostwood Lodge-a retired SU paper. I used my watercolor crayons and aqua painter to give the image a light vintage look. I also used the linen ink around the sides of the dp so it wouldn't be white. I love the detail on this stamp. It is a new stamp for me from LaBlanche.

This is gorgeous. After your craft show, you'll have to stamp a couple of these for me. Love this vintage look.
Is this the one you got at the convention?

Fabulous Santa image. I am a plaid fanatic so your background paper rocks. So glad you were inspired by my Santa. Thanks for browsing through my gallery.
