Here's my card for the HYCCT challenge to be inspired by postage and also the Ways to Use It challenge - to emboss.
I embossed my card base with a Tim Holtz Patchwork Embossing folder and sponged over the top of it with Worn Lipstick Distress ink - and if you look at the top it says 'Post Card' - that's why I attached my Nestability Postage Stamp die cut piece lower on the card - so that would show!
I used a piece of DP of old postage stamps by Authentique - cutting out 3 of the stamps and layering them with foam tape.
The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink and I cut it with a Nested Pennants die, curled it on my finger and placed a double thick foam tape in the middle to hold it up with the ends taped down.

Holy smokes and WOW!! That is one heck of a card. I love love LOVE that embossed base, both the color and the ef. And the postage stamp nestie and dp are perfect complements to each other. Love how you popped three of the stamps up, too. Fabulous card!
