Today's Ways to Use It challenge is to use embossing to create texture. My Star Santa stamp was sitting on my desk so I got out a star embossing folder to make a background for him.
I used my Distress markers to colour everything except the stars which I coloured with a Marvy Liquid Gold Paint marker. I got a blob of the gold paint on the top right of the image so came up with this layout of a tall narrow card (which suits the size of the image anyway) and gave me room for a sentiment to cover up my blob of gold paint - I'm always happy when I find a solution to save something from a mistake!!!

Gorgeous, gorgeous card. Love how the ef ties in with the stars in the image, and love how you fixed the gold blob issue. Mistakes are just another excuse to embellish is my motto. Great save!
