Taylor gave us a true challenge today and it was a real zinger for me. I used the edge of an acrylic stamp block for one layer and vellum for another. I think this helped to cut down some of the busy. The lilacs and bird were colored with Copics. The vellum was stamped and then sponged with Distress inks. I am pleased with how it turned out and I hope you like it too.

This jumped right into my favs..so BEAUTIFUL!!! I love the soft touch with which you applied your color on the bird and that vellum panel also has a diffuse quality to it. The corner lilacs are wonderful..very delicate.

Oh my goodness, this is sooo sweet! Your talent amazes me-every card is so well put together that no matter how much is on it it doesn't look busy, as you say. The bird is just adorable and perfect with the lilacs. Love your talent!

Oh this is precious....:0). THAT is the soft look I was going for. Never thought of vellum...I am going to have to find some of that stuff. It gave a pretty layer, and kept it soft...so pretty....and we made it through this challenge...way to go...LOVE it...great coloring, soft adn pretty...TFS..and for the lovely comment on my candle....:0)
