Hello! Here is my take on the new sketch, SC408. I was hesitant with this one at first, but using a vellum piece in the corners worked wonders! Hope you can see it.
Stamps: Poinsettia and Snowflake Background(Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps)
Paper: Baja Breeze, Pink Pirouette (SU!), music sheet DP (Recollections by Michael's)
Ink: Copic Markers, Burnt Umber (Palette), Chocolate Chip (SU!)
Embellishments: seam binding ribbon, Baker's Twine, charm, velvet ribbon, cheese cloth, clothes pin, silver rhinestones, Stickles
Tools: Decorative Plaque die (Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps), Doily die (PTI), sponge dauber

I CAN see the vellum.....I agree it sure add softness and beauty....lovely job. I was hesitant at first with this sketch too, but maybe will have to give it a try...TFS..:0)

We as people are raindrops of colorful ink , falling down Crisp and Clear, each a different shade more vibrant then the last, but once we realize at the bottom of an endless abyss we all fall into the same inkpot forming one color, only then can we come together as one My son.

This is an absolutely LOVELY, charming, sweet card, Monika. I love the colors and the distressing, not to mention the added softness of the ribbon. The textures in this card are amazing. I love it!
