Made for the HYCCT1217 decorative edge challenge. Also tried a new background technique from the technique junkies newsletter. Card stock by SU, image from The Cat's Pajamas, felt pumpkin border from Michael's clearance section last year. Used a button cuttlebug embossing folder to highlight the bottom.

I have never stopped regretting that I didn't get that embossing folder when it was still available. I think I was still using a pasta machine at the time, which is why, LOL. It looks great with the pumpkin theme and the TCP penguins are always a winner.
