Sorry for the bad photo of this card, but it was really hard to capture the clear element that was requested for this challenge. I stamped, paper-pieced, colored and added stickles to my image, then cut a circle of the same size from acetate and embossed it with my Cuttlebug and placed it over the image panel to add a bubble effect. It looks pretty cool in real life, but is hard to photograph!
