Here is a card I created using the super cute Belated Birthday Oh Rats! set from Taylored Expressions.
I colored the image with Copic Markers and then added lots of shimmer and shine with Crystal Stickles.
The layout is the September SFYTT and all of the patterned paper is Life of the Party from My Minds Eye!
