Today's HYCCT challenge is to incorporate text into our design. I realized that this beautiful paper has cream text against the pale pink. I double embossed the dsp to create a frame for the sentiment. I had stamped the silhouettes prior to the embossing. It's simple but very feminine with a great message to look to nature and to the sunshine ahead.
Thanks for viewing and commenting & participating in our special challenges this month.

I love the clever way you embossed your card to frame the sentiment. I really like silhouette stamps too. Beautifully made card.
Thanks for participating in my HYCCT challenge, I really appreciate the effort and so will many others who will be touched by your gift of cardmaking for this cause.

Oh, this is so pretty! The script in the background is so subtle in white - I love it! I'm going to have to find a working white ink pad and try that in my next mixed media piece. Having waaaay too much fun with that! Love your embossing over stamping, and the framed sentiment, too.
Such a lovely card with a really touching sentiment.
