 | | I seem to be a Suzanne Wolcott junkie. The layout was taken from Suzanne's artwork on the stamp packaging. The stamp is colored with copics and pencils. The artwork was scanned and used on a background that was created in Photoshop Elements. The striped background was also done in Photoshop Elements. It was then layered with scraps from my stash. |
