Lydia, thanks for the challenge! This is my first time doing Hope You Can Cling To - I don't know how many I'll be able to do, but I've got two done already and will send them off soon! I usually start my cards with someone else's idea - that's why this is about me! This card is a CASE of a card by Michelle Reynolds. I use her ideas a LOT, and I just changed the colors on this one to fit the Color Challenge from a couple weeks ago CC393, using Primrose Petals, Pink Pirouette, and Lucky Limeade.
I reversed-masked with the negative image that I cut out with my Big Shot and the Apothecary Accents framelits. I used a sponge to apply the Pink Piro color. I colored my sentiment with markers, and the two flowers are fussy-cut and one is popped up on dimensionals. I used the new SU paper piercing templates to pierce a heart around the sentiment. This sentiment is also about me because I'm very thankful. Thanks for looking!
