I used this week's sketch challenge to make a very Clean and Simple thank you card. I moved the sentiment up a bit from the sketch for balance, but otherwise tried to stay true to the sketch. This should have been an easy one, but inky fingers and dropped ink pads made for a very long night! My "clean and simple" card quickly became "dirty and frustrating", but after several attempts I finally finished a panel without my inky prints on it!
I made a card base from a piece of textured Bazzill brown card stock. I cut a panel of ivory card stock and stamped the mug and steam on the right side of the panel. I added the sentiment, then rounded the corners of the panel. I adhered the ivory panel to the card base and added an ivory liner to the inside of the card. Easy peasy, if you remember to keep your fingers clean!
