 | | This is for Monday's TLC (woven background) technique, and today's SC405.
I have been tossing around my idea for the weave since I saw the challenge, and when I saw today's sketch - it hit me I can combine these two.
I did not have any adhesive paper so I created my own by using double side scotch tape. I then carefully wove my papers. I then used a triangle die to cut a tree shape out of the green paper. I then played around with computer generated sentiment, and finally got it to work out around the cut out. Glued it on top of the weave, cut out a tree stand on bottom portion to show more weaving, added ribbon, and voila - finished.
I really am quite pleased with how it turned out - what do you think? |
