My good friend and fellow Virgo, Nancy, celebrated her birthday a couple of weeks ago and this was the card I sent her. She always comes up with the most amazing cards and gorgeous color combinations, so I pushed myself to use colors that have collected dust in my stash. I also dusted off this Nature Walk set. Thanks for this Ways to Use It Challenge! (It's so sad really. This Nature Walk set was one that I just HAD to have and it's been barely used.)
I started with a Lucky Limeade card base and ran it through my Big Shot with the Framed Tulips Embossing Folder. I brushed the embossed edges with my Lucky Limeade ink pad and adhered the panel to an Elegant Eggplant card base. I inked up the floral image with my Lucky Limeade and Elegant Eggplant markers and stamped them on Whisper White cs. I colored the tiny flowers with my Wisteria Wonder marker and embellished them with 2-Way Glue and Dazzling Diamonds. I decided it needed a little more, so I used my Color Spritzing Tool and the Wister Wonder Marker. Finally, I added the Happy Birthday banner and called it good.
