TLC397 weaves a story of thanks

Photo Details
Poster: palparis

TLC397 asked us to weave a background and then die cut a shape out of it. I don't have a regular die cut machine, so I did it backwards. I took a top note die cut that I made at my mother's and then wove the strips over it. I adhered each strip with a glue stick. I let it dry overnight. This morning, I flipped it over and cut away the excess from the shape, mounted it with dimensionals and added a few punched leaves. No way was I going to cover up much of the weaving, I spent too much time on it...
This will go into the church fair stash.

This is so pretty! I love the weaving and the sentiment stamped onto the leaf.

Love your woven design. Great fall card.
