 | | Here is my card for the first Hope You Can Cling To challenge. This represents a little bit of me in each piece I used.
First, I love kraft cardstock. Second, I'm from Texas and I love giving and receiving hugs. I'm not one for bold, bright colors - these soft muted colors are totally me. But I like glitter, so to find papers with soft colors AND glitter is a bonus! You can see the glittery flowers in the patterned paper. I've used this particular layout on several cards this year - it's so elegant and pretty! The rosette is something I've been a little obsessed with over this past year, so I had to include that. I am also a button freak, and almost every card I make has ribbon or linen thread, or in this case, both! :-) |
