Here is my second card for today's CAS190 color challenge, using yellows, aquas, corals and white (just a few smidges of a neutral, brown, too.) NOTE: The black backing is just for photographing, not part of the card. It was fun to make!
For visual interest, I used dimensionals to "pop up" the center balloon. I also placed the center balloon above the top of the rectangle.
Susan, owner of the SIMPLICITY blog challenged us to "play with" three colors this week so this challenge was perfect for her challenge, as well. Here is her post (I sure hope the link workds cause it's major-long?!?:

What a super birthday card, Gabby, I really love your colourful balloons and especially like how you have raised the middle balloon and have it reaching outside the rectangle!! Wonderful card!!!

Super cute Gabby! This makes an awesome birthday card and I think with the challenge colors it could be used for anyone! LOVE your little stars and polka dots!!! Great layout too! The one balloon part way out of frame is wonderful!
