 | | Today, Stef had use check out Empirical Style! It is a very cool vintage website. I didn't look around too long, because as soon as I saw this:

I thought it looked like a snow globe. The Northwoods stamp is really too large for the snowglobe, so after I colored it with Copics, added a little stickles and Uniball white pen, I popped it up on dimensionals. The snow globe was stamped with Rich Cocoa Memento Ink, so the brown would add to the base looking more like wood.
The background technique is faux embossing. I have two sizes of snow flakes punched out and scattered around. I added gold shimmer to the background too, but it is so light you can't see it in the photo.
