This is my first Teapot Challenge as I was asked by my friend, Kathleen, to make a birthday card for her mom, and I enjoyed every part of creating this card. I haven't had much time to stamp lately, and I did want to honor our new queen, so this is for Jojot or Joanne. She has such a delightful gallery that's full of amazing ideas, but in the end I chose this card to case: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1844284 I used the same layout and nearly the same colors too! I stamped each flower twice, cutting the second and popping them up, I had to mask a flower and some leaves, sponged the colors on and used my spritzer tool for the purple spray. I also sponged around the edges of the main panel and added some ribbon. The corners are a punch with added pearls and piercing to connect each one. Joanne, enjoy your royal reign and a very BIG happy birthday to Dorothea!
