Just wanted to share a card I made for Lydia's Hope You Can Cling To challenge - she challenged us to create a card that expressed our personal style. I love poppies because they remind me of home, and I love watercoloring, and I combined those two loves into a card that shows my love of bold color, realistic design, and balance..... I love this sentiment, too... because it's true. The poppy stamps I used are from Sheena Douglass' Paint Fusion line, and the sentiment is from Flourishes.

It is no surprise that the coloring here is absolutely breathtaking - we know that is what you are made of! The colors are so bold and breathtaking and the entire card is brilliantly designed. Looking forward to your future projects for this month!

Hey, Dini - so glad that you are making HYCCT cards again. We had so much fun last year. I am so impressed that you are able to describe your style. Oh, and your poppies are absolutely gorgeous! I'm interested in seeing your tutorial too.

I love poppies too :D. I like the hint of pattern in the layer behind them too, for adding some extra depth.
p.s. - the hyperlink to the tutorial isn't there!
