This is from a pattern from one of the paper embroidery books I just purchased. 101 Ideas for Embroidery on Paper. I didn't know these books were available on Amazon, until after I got them direct from the American publisher, Search Press-Unicorn, which is about 15 miles south of where I live.
I added a little to the pattern, as the leaf at the end of the stem wasn't there. No offense, Erica Fortgens, but I like it this way better.

Wow! I love this. I like the "moving" circular or wreath shape, but best of all is the pretty stitching! I keep meaning to do some of this - perhaps your card will be my inspiration.

Simply gorgeous, Jennifer...and I can see how your addition just completes this design! Such beautiful fall colors in a flowing pattern...lots of crisp white space, I love this!

After seeing this, I am anxious to see the new books. I covered the one you added to see what it would look like as the pattern was. And yes, it does look better with the one on the end.

Oh Jennifer, I absolutely love your embroidered cards! This one is amazing! Any suggestions for a good beginner book for me to get?
