The Tea Party is off to Alabama to help Dorothea, Kathleen Lammie's mother, celebrate a special birthday. I have an aunt who will be 95 this November, so I did a card like I think she would enjoy...feminine and filled with flowers. I imagine Kathleen's mother is a genteel, Southern lady!
Happy Birthday, Dorothea.

Sallie, my grandfather was stationed in Haiti when my Mom was born, then they moved to China, Rhode Island and retired in Florida. So maybe a litttle southern...but for sure, genteel! LOL
Your card is so gorgeous! I know your beautiful flowers will take her back to her garden in Missouri. (Yes, she lived most of her life in the Show Me state! ) LOVE your sponging in that lovely green!!! So very pretty and sure to please!!! Thank you so much for sharing this beauty!
