Denise's CAS challenge was a sketch by Smoatsmom. Joan Ervin for the TLC asked us to make our own polka dots. I went the easy route and stamped/embossed a dotted background stamp.

Oh Sallie this is gorgeous! I love the bold texture and pop of color that you red panel gives. Your die cut is fabulous, especially with your added gems. Love how you did your polka dots!
