I did this for the IC355. My inspiration was http://www.bellasoleil.com/servlet/t...-Grille/Detail . I worked for about three hrs. on it and it still didn't turn out quite like I invisioned. I wanted it to look more old world. Oh well. I still like the outcome, just not what I thought it would be.
I used:
Cricut cartridges --Fancy frames, and Heritage.
Embossing folder in brick
Fancy flexible phrases (from SU!) for the arch.
I sanded the paper and sponged it.
Flower punch and scrap to make a window box.
Great site. I really enjoyed looking at it.

Geni, I think you captured the Old World feeling wonderfully with your grilled window on the warm toned brick wall. Love the overflowing flower box...so European. A beautiful card.
