This is my card for Vannessa's sketch challenge - SEP12VSNL. She provided us a classroom layout for us to work into a card.
I decided to use the pheasant image from the SU - "autumn days" set. I used choc chip, sage shadow and more mustard markers to color the ringneck. Then I did some fussy cutting and popped it up in the center of the card.
Since mine is a fall theme I looked in my stash for the appropriate paper. I found this older SU paper - the "autumn vine collection.
I used a square punch as well as a spellbinder die to cut the dsp. I layered the squares on more mustard card stock. In the center of the squares I added a leaf from May Arts Ribbon trim.
