| | For today's CAS challenge---a photo of autumn leaves.
I really liked the clear water droplets on the leaves so I used those for my inspiration. I used a clear transparency for my card base, I stamped the leaves on watercolor paper and then heat embossed one layer of clear UTEE, and I adhered clear dew drops to the card front.
The stamped images are popped up on the card front and all of the mattes are inside the card.
As some of you know, DH was injured during a freak storm here in June (he is recovering so well and so quickly) and I needed a thank you for one of our neighbors who came and mowed our lawn over the weekend and cleaned up some fallen branches and such. It was so unexpected but such an answer to prayer. The CAS inspiration pic came at just the right time for me. Thought I'd make a pan of lasagna to accompany the card =)
