A hat any witch would be proud to wear. I found paper mache hats at Michaels Craft Store. I keep thinking I need to add one big bow to it or several little ones randomly placed.

You are right, any witch would be proud to wear this hat! It's great! And the paper mache hat is so much easier than making it all from scratch. I made one that way (seen here:Halloween Hat Decoration by pvilbaum at Splitcoaststampers and now I am making one with the paper mache form. I'll get it posted soon. Aren't these fun!
