I wanted to try making fall colored leaves into a wreath using the Memory Box Tender Leaves die set. The four different size leaves were a little harder to design into a wreath than I thought. I probably should have cut more of each size to fill it in better. Anyway, I sponged four different color ink on a piece of cardstock. It turned out the colors were more muddled than I wanted but I used it anyway. After I got the wreath put together I added a multi loop bow made from shimmery ribbon that 1. reflects the colors in the wreath perfectly and 2. made it terribly hard to photograph because it faded right into the wreath and was hard to distinguish the bow from the leaves. I thought the wreath needed something because it was so bland so I applied light yellow stickles all over every leaf. LOL! Why do we always think stickles will always make things better???!! Do you do that, too? Anyway, here is the end result. It is so much prettier in person.
