Just love this little Birthday Bling Fairy!!! Purchased this digi from Sassy Cheryl's Digis, and while she has some holly in her hair, I think she works for this birthday card I needed. Yep, I kept it pretty simple, no layers, or flowers. If you asked me to do a one layer card I would probably rack my brain and tug at my hair trying to think of what to do - I mean how does one NOT use a Floral Oval or fancy schmancy die on a card!!! But for an hour last night, aliens took over my card skills and produced this. I printed the digi out, then decided she absolutely had top be lighting the candle, I tried every which way to mount the sentiment but it just didn't look right, so I stamped it right on the paper. At first I thought, what was I thinking - then the more I looked at this little sweetie I was pleased. You will notice I could not refrain from using a few rhinestones. Hope my friend enjoys it when she get it in the mail.

Totally sweet and adorable, Kush!! I know what you mean about not reaching for the SB dies every time - its hard to break such a 'wunnerful' habit like that, but you sure came out fine - I 'love' that you stamped the sentiment RIGHT ON THE CARD - wouldn't have it any other way - your friend is really gonna giggle!!
