Hi friends. It's 1:30 a.m. PST and I'm awake and shouldn't be since I'm having my 30th surgery on my back in 10 months in a few hours, and the 4th surgery in a month, like every Wednesday or Thursday for the past month, and I'm getting really tired of this, really tired. So when I get home, I'll be paralyzed, literally, from the hips on down for about 12 hours and I really hate that. It's a taste of what it feels like to be paralyzed from the waist on down and it's actually quite horrific and terrifying. After 12 hours, I can walk like Charlie Chaplin and hang on walls but am extremely unsteady and fall a lot. Then for 2 days after that, I'm really wobbly and can't drive. Maybe this is all TMI for you but to me, it's a reminder to be grateful every single day. I am always afraid that what if my legs don't wake up.
Now that I got my pity party over with, I made this card for my design team work with Create with Connie and Mary. We have a color challenge this week of Tangerine Tango, Lucky Limeade and Rich Razzleberry. We would love to have you play along with us!
I deviated from the autumn and Halloween cards that we're all making this time of the year for something a little different that I hope you enjoy.
Thank you so much for stopping by to visit me today and God bless you! Please visit me at Cindy Coutts Designs.
