The tea party is celebrating Eula's 110th birthday. What a milestone! We were to relate a special birthday of our own. Twenty-one years ago, when I turned 50, my late husband surprised me by allowing me to check off the top thing from my bucket list -- a hot air balloon ride! I'm sharing my hot air balloon with Eula. I had some "pillow top" background paper I created last week and thought it would make the perfect backdrop for my rainbow balloon.

Lois, a balloon ride is on my bucket list, too, but I am not sure it will happen! What a great card you created for this memory - and maybe it will give Eula an idea!
I need to check out that "pillow" technique - how pretty.

That's a special memory, for sure, Lois - and a beautiful card to go with it. DH was in France once on a factory visit to where the Montgolfier brothers flew their very first balloon. He was so disappointed that the weather conditions weren't good enough for him to have a trip. Me, I don't know if my head for heights would stand for it, though I love the idea!
The background is beautiful - I hope we get details later on this month ;-).
